Nān o Dīp-hā
Persian Spiced Homemade Bread infused with cumin, coriander, mint, red chili, thyme, nigella seeds, and sumac. Served with:
Maast-o-Esfenaj Spinach, Yogurt, and Walnut Dip: A creamy blend of spinach, yogurt, and walnuts.
Za'atar Roasted Tomatoes, and peppers with Pistachio on Greek Yogurt: Drizzled with pomegranate molasses dressing for a burst of tangy sweetness.
Pistachio & Feta Dip: A smooth blend of feta and roasted pistachios, balancing creaminess and nutty flavors with Persian spices.
