Information must be accurate and updated if anything changes. We may contact you to discuss adjustments, support or a care plan. Coaches cannot administer medication unless agreed in writing beforehand. Information is handled under our Privacy Policy. You must remain contactable and tell us beforehand if someone different will collect. If delayed, contact Love All immediately. Coaches cannot provide childcare beyond 4.05pm. Repeated or significant lateness may result in the place being withdrawn. If a child remains uncollected and contacts cannot be reached, we will follow safeguarding procedures and may contact the school or appropriate authorities.
