Party details & terms
Timing
Parties are booked in a 2-hour time slot
Setup & departure

Access to the studio is available 15 minutes before your start time for setup

Please ensure the space is cleared within 15 minutes after your booking ends

We ask that the area is left tidy and clean
Venue & hosting

Parties take place in our indoor studio and/or on our courts
Food & catering

All food is provided by us

External food is not permitted, except for birthday cake

A £20 cakeage fee applies for bringing your own cake
Booking & payment

The tennis/facility fee is required upfront to secure your booking

Food payment is due 4 days before your event, once final numbers are confirmed

All payments are non-refundable
External entertainment (Studio parties)

External providers are welcome for studio hire parties

Providers must hold valid public liability insurance
Supervision

Our coaches will manage and supervise any tennis or sports activities

At other times, parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children
Damage & responsibility

We ask that all guests treat the space with care

The booking party will be responsible for any damage to facilities or equipment
Health & safety

All guests must follow our health and safety guidance

Any accidents or injuries should be reported to staff immediately
Force majeure

In rare circumstances outside our control, we may need to reschedule your booking

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange an alternative date
Example party schedule
A typical party booked for 2:00pm
1:45pm – Access to the studio for setup
2:00pm – Guests arrive
2:15pm – Activities begin (indoors or outdoors depending on weather)
3:00pm – Activities finish, food and drinks served
3:10pm – Children sit down to eat
4:00pm – Studio hire ends (guests welcome to stay in café/gardens)
4:15pm – Studio cleared and ready for the next booking
